We believe that only true animal lover can portrait our corporate philosophy of “Treating customers’ pet like our own” and provide the best services to both our two-leg or four-leg clients.   Must be able to actively participate in the day-to-day operation of the store for the first 6 – 12 months or until a team of knowledgeable and reliable associates has been assembled so the franchise can be efficiently operated in the physical absence of the franchisee.   Must be an effective communicator – able to delegate responsibility and articulate how to run the business with regard to customer service, animal care and facility presentation.   Must be able to demonstrate a high competency level in: - Ability to adapt and learn - Multi-tasking - Providing genuine customer service - Conducting business in a ethnical way - Financial management including planning, book keeping and   accounting - Hiring and managing people   Have enough personal net worth to invest (at least 20% of total investment)
